HI guys. So that we make sure that we all get linked together in the Hotels system I think it worth me getting emailed with the forum name and real name of the person who booked the room. I can then supply this to the hotel to make sure that we are all identified in their system. I spoke to one member and they like me booked a fixed price deal before we started the deal package so cannot get the reduced rate but by getting the link set up we can then make sure any other facilities or discounts do get applied. I had planned to do this closer to the event, as I undertook to do it with the hotel at the beginning, but I think it might be better for me to just maintain a list of who I have let the hotel know about especially as it will spread my workload if we get into larger numbers.

Did I say by the way that there are only 90 rooms left now and going fast. I assume the weddings are starting to book up.

I have no idea what the bong show is but I do know that I will be buying you a drink on my room (cheapskate so that I get the discount I know) if the Bong show is at Horwood house on Friday evening/night I know you will have a bit of a drive back to your accommodation but you will be most and hugely welcome!
