I hope that'll be it but somehow I doubt it Toby. The council have stressed again that there's no reason to stop him appealing but that there's no cause to either. We'll see.

Reading the document it's still basically down to Flood risk, and, short of altering the Trent flood banks I can't see how he could change that Jim.
