Not that I’m aware of yet John. It only takes one person to make a start though.;) Unless you’re anywhere close to the Welsh guys?

Tony.

Kind of interloped on this one. Are there any similar events in the North West
I'm proper North West, Whitehaven, Cumbria. Happy to host if enough interest. I have ramps, trolley Jack, axle stands, car lift, a reasonable set of spanners and a large garage/small barn to work in. Oh, you'd need to navigate a 300m track through a cow field over 2 cattle grids so lowered cars are pretty much out. And peeps would need to come armed with knowledge as I am to spanbering what Bryl Cream is to Kojak. Discs, pads, shoes, oil/filter etc is about my limit. If your Zed needs a clean, which it will by the time it gets here, I'm your man.

I just knew your barn would make a great ZedShed! Great offer @andyglym and here’s to lots of fellow Z owners finding their way up your dirt track.

It's a serious offer if peeps want to take it up, just PM me and if enough interest I'll set up a thread with some possible dates.

@andyglym It’s a brilliant offer and my suggestion would be to do a new post ie: “Launch of ZedShed NW: date in February 2020” and take it from there. Like @t-tony does :) Then ppl can start saying yes we’ll be there. Simples.

They are for lorries. In my early days as a driver I used to be on landfills all the time. A lot had these installed and you had to run through on the way out. They don't half have some pressure behind them.

We made one in Germany in the 80's at the Fire Station for our cars, a few lengths of fire hose with hundreds of small holes in for under the cars and a few over a 12x12 tent frame, made a superb drive through car wash :D
