Could well be mate. Was the "hissing" the air by-passing the valve through the b*****ed seals?

Seems likely doesn’t it?
Will find out by the end of the week, when I have all the parts and the time! Unfortunately, at the moment, finding a moment when both are available is tricky!

I’m happy to inform that both the hissing and performance issues have gone as a result of removing the mani and replacing the Secondary DISA and CVV. As you can see from the pictures I posted a few replies up, the hissing was most likely caused by the disintegrated DISA seal.

Case closed! :thumbsup:
