Hi sorry I missed this did you get your bushes I do indeed still keep up with every bodies requests for bushes but must admit I am not as active on the forum as I used to be but still have my Z3M mind you so still in fold.

I don’t remember there being eight in the kit,
I still haven’t fitted them yet, where ever they are 🙄🙄🙄
 
Aceman, a big thanks for the bushes, just fitted them to the drivers side over the weekend after a leather bolster repair.
The existing bushes didn't exist anymore, they looked like black mastic with a lot of play in the carrier housing.

I think the seat had previously been adjusted to cope with the play as the carrier on both sides, when removed, needed 7 turns to get it off the 'kebab' but to refit needed 9 turns.
This is maybe why one side of the seat came off the runners at the end of last season. For anyone thinking of giving the job a go, the pictorial guide was superb, just make sure to have a T50 torx available.

How are you anyway still got the Harley?
 
I have a spare wheel, carrier, and tray complete with securing cable. These are as good as new, without rust. They are surplus to requirements since fitting a twin ear diff cover.

I must admit I do like that bike of yours even though I am not much of a Harley fan. I have a Triumph Explorer and Suzuki 1250 Bandit which are fair weather bikes too.
