Looking at the picture I'd guess that the bits are made from ABS or PC/ABS. Almost certainly made from a recycled grade which would be around €1200 per tonne, so there isn't much value in the material content. A bit of assembly work, probably done in Eastern Europe where the hourly rate is low, so no big costs there either.
Having worked all my life in engineering and manufacturing, I was always astounded at the difference between the price we got for our products at the factory gate and the final selling price on the market when it was us that did all the hard work in making the stuff in the first place.
Believe me, it won't be the manufacturer of those plastic mouldings that is making the money, it will be the various links in the supply chain all making their margin.
