Morning all,

With the help of Gary we decided to make up a batch of perspex wind deflectors and see if anyone would like one. It's similar to the one I had on my M Roadster for a while - picture below to give you an idea of how they look if you haven't seen one.

These have been designed and produced with the help of a local company, so they are being professionally laser cut from high grade clear perspex (not me in the Zed Shed with a hack saw and a couple of plastic off cuts!). We now have a custom template for future use if needed.

Price £60 each which excludes postage - can most likely deliver free at one of the Zorg meets/events, or can collect from Newbury/Basingstoke area.

We have x 16 for sale. They will come with x4 black Velcro strips so it can be fitted/removed easy. There is a 2 week lead time on the Perspex so that ties in nicely with payday.

Do you have an image? This perspex deflector is from a chrome roll hoop setup.

This is like the one on my Z3 Ant, the big problem is where it "bends" across the two hoops, it may fit but I think will need modifying at least as the factory hops are straight up and down?

Yeah i see your thinking its short in the middle so it should suit as the deflector is short their too. Only real way would be to template it and see i suppose...
Its what i had fitted to my first zed too.

Yeah this perspex deflector came from those hoops, just happens to fit the normal hoops too.

Lee's one looks very similar to the one I paid £100+ for last year off e bay. Here's a couple of pics to show you what it's like on mine. Really effective, but I had to use cable ties cos at 125 I think it would try and depart. Cos that's only a guess..

I will be running one of these once they come through, so if anyone wants to physically see one then come a find me at any of the meets. I will like also carry a couple of spares with me if anyone wants to buy one (or two, or three!).
