I will happily bring some rolls and Bacon shall we bring disposable BBQ's as well to cook them on? sound good to me and We sort of got the OK (but told not to ask in advance).

I think the Gazebo was a joke, I can't see that being allowed at all with health and safety + insurance etc.

Will there be many wanting a late breakfast :-o or is this going to take place after the parade lap, wont people be dispursed around the grounds for various things going on ? Any idea when we might be doing this, the cake i intend bringing might be a trifle by the time we un pack it

mine is staying at home, no use with the ht on,

:-bdWe are using the boot rack, so will have plenty of room for PG tips, Kettle and Burner etc. B-)
Thinking about the problems that Zedster4 encountering with the small Zorg banner at Duxford, we won't be able to use a Gazebo, but
we will bring it anyway, just in case we can get away with using it
our foldaway seats will be handy too! #:-s
Yes liam will bring burner and gas the more cooking utensils we have the quicker every body get's a drink :coffee ~o)will bring pan for bacon as well if duncan want's to supply it cheers tony.
