What another cracking Welsh cruise. Some of the speeds on the Evo and the back roads over the top were :racecar: well lets just say the front runners certainly put the Zeds through a proper driving test. Had great fun following Hugh over the top with the roar of Lee close behind me. I certainly think Lee will be on the next one.
I have a couple of vids to put up but that will be tomorrow and im gutted the one of the front runners on the Evo didn't come out as it would of been mind boggling to watch them coming over the brow

Another great Welsh cruise, :thankyou:to all for making it such a great day:thumbsup:. It was good to meet old friends and meet some new ones. The weather could have been a bit better in the morning especially for the evo, but it was top down all afternoon. Only put it up when we were back home.:highfive:

What an incredible trip. By far one of the best drives I have done out in my zed. I pushed my zed to levels some people would only dream of doing. Through those hills with Hugh,Jim,Bill we push our cars to the limit. Bless my Mrs her nerves where shot followed by I'm not coming next year I believe some of those routes are rally stages too. Big thank you to @miller1098 @TaffZee for the day out driving. You can put me on the list for next year!!!

P.s we covered 548 miles in the zed....... 4 tanks of super unleaded

Yeah, can't really add much to what has already been said. I'll try and post some pictures later but a bit frazzled after 537.8 miles today :wacky:

4 tanks of super unleaded

Is this a nice way of telling the rest of the forum that you left him back in the dust to see if he could take a joke?......... Frankie

Blow By Blow account of my scuffle:

Round 1

A few of the group required petrol, so we split up and arranged to meet further on, I went to meet them on the main road at the pre arranged meeting point while the others carried on to a stop (some of the group followed me), I accelerated away and noticed two people walking on the road. so immediately slowed to pass them, the guy shouted at me f***ing slow down you stupid c**t, I gave him the finger, I was doing no more than 25 mph as I passed him and this was in a 60mph zone.

Round 2

Meeting the rest of the group who had now fuelled up, we all done a U turn and went on our merry way to join up with the others (first mistake by me) who was coming down the road was the guy who had shouted f***ing slow down you stupid c**t, I asked him (He was with his wife) what his problem was and they both told me I was going to fast, I told them it was a 60mph road and anyway I was not going to fast, he got aggressive and leaned into the car, I told him to p*** off and get away from the car, he refused shouting get out the car I will knock your f***ing head off, so after a very short time I done what he requested.

Round 3

We had a bit (a lot) of a verbal, and he tried to kick me in the crown jewels, so I pushed him away, after some more words he tried again and kicked me on the shin, Sorry but the pin came out at that point, and I tried to get hold of him. he started dancing around like an idiot pulling tongues at me, eventually I managed to catch hold of him and delivered an uppercut causing a small cut above his right eye. After a few more words we parted company.

Not True, my cruises can be spirited and it was his first cruise so he was unaware what to expect.

If you ever visit New Jersey, you'll fit in perfectly!!! By the way, what does this mean: "pulling tongues at me". Is it a UK expression, as I am not familiar with it. Frankie
