I've not been told of the deadline for ordering the stand passes but I image 3 weeks before would be enough notice. We tend to order a few extras for stragglers anyway. We tend to put one one of the biggest if not the biggest stands at this show so we'll always make room. This is last year's effort from a drone:

Please include Damian and myself for both vanity and the camping this year. We may only live round the corner but we didn’t want to leave last year! So we will have the truck and the zed at the campsite! And don’t forget I will have cake!!

It’s not a bribe, it’s “pecuniary encouragement”... and last years was delicious! You want some? Get yourself to the BBQ on the Saturday night!:thumbsup:
 
@Mac Romans ... already have things on for that day. Will be a long weekend for me without a doubt. Its ok, no cake.. simple choice. We need to see about our layout again too. I must admit though I doubt we will ever win the best in show stand as we don't buy from the companies who make the judges. ooohhhh did I just say that out loud...:ymdevil:

I can see a group of Zeds forming here for the Vanity show. The naughty section under the monorail at the far left rear :whistle:

Of course I said cake!!! And this year I have an extra special design (if i can pull it off that is lol)

Don't worry @pgunter, I may even make an extra one (or cupcakes) especially for Vanity day, for those who can't join us camping.

Any excuse to do a little baking!!!!

Just purchased two tickets for me and my son Mat. He will be travelling down from Essex and the pub have agreed that he can park up his vehicle there while at the show. Geoff

As above my wife and I will be at Beaulieu in our convertible, along with our daughter in her Coupe, so could you ear-Mark two tickets for the display? Where do we collect them from, as we will not be attending Fridays camping?

Of course, that’s no problem. On the first post on this thread you’ll find details of the pre-meeting point on the morning of the show. We all rendezvous there and I’ll hand out the stand passes. We then make the short 10 minute drive to Beaulieu in convoy from there.
