It's that time of year again folks! Time to start thinking about VanityBMW 2019! This event is awesome and a firm favourite in the calendar for many, myself included.

Im stepping up as point of contact this year to relieve a bit of the burden from @GazHyde.

The date is confirmed as Sunday 21st July 2019 and once again it is being held at Beaulieu Motor Museum in the New Forest. Ticket prices are to be confirmed but are expected to be similar if not the same as last year.

Again I will be organising the now annual pre VanityBMW BBQ and camping for you adventurous souls! A separate thread ( https://zroadster.org/threads/pre-vanitybmw-bbq-and-camping-20-21-july-2019.25996/ ) will be run but this has become as much a part of the experience for some of us as the main event and really makes a weekend of it.

VanityBMW is a static family friendly show that attracts BMWs from all over the country.

Entry in to the show also grants access to all the on site attractions including the Motor Museum, Top Gear exhibition, the monorail and the palace house gardens.

As with previous years I'll speak to Staff at The Bold Forester (It was the very helpful Tamzin last year) and get us permission to use their car park as a meeting point ready to move on to Beaulieu together.

As a club we can access Beaulieu from 0900hrs but getting in has been a slow process in previous years so if we aim for before 0900hrs we will give ourselves time to organise.

I propose we meet at The Bold Forester car park at about 0815hrs to leave for 0845hrs allowing us to arrive a shade early.

Yes mate. The first post on this thread should have everything you need to know. If not then shout me and I’ll answer any questions. This thread is for VanityBMW and there is another thread for the camping and BBQ the previous night if that’s something you fancy instead of a drive from Essex.

You don’t need a club code for ordering tickets. I’ll be getting the stand passes which I’ll hand out when we meet ready to convoy in to the event. Anyone who is wanting to make their own way straight to the event could have the stand pass posted to them if required. Basically it’ll be tickets from the organiser, stand pass from me nearer the time.

Once the tickets go on sale on the website they can be ordered and Printed off at home. Ed Gould who organises the event will send the stand passes to me around the same time a few weeks before the event and I'll hand them out when we meet at the RV point. I can post some out if folk are concerned about missing the RV.
