With the couple of people I know who are in the process of confirming, that's all the stand passes allocated.

There is no more room at the inn, unless someone drops out and frees up a pass!

I don't want to speak too soon, but the weather forecast looks ok. Touch wood.
Oh my God I hope so, I've got 2 days camping. :arghh::arghh::arghh::arghh:

In by the skin of my teeth lol

This was posted way up the thread and has been swallowed by posts since as this is a popular thread so I've dragged it back to the front.....

Ok folks, as with previous years I've spoken to Staff at The Bold Forester (It was the very helpful Tamzin this year)and got us permission to use their car park as a meeting point ready to move on to Beaulieu together.

As a club we can access Beaulieu from 0900hrs but I getting in was a slow process in previous years so if we aim for before 0900hrs we will give ourselves time to organise (admission to the general public is 1000hrs).

I propose we meet at The Bold Forester car park at about 0815hrs to leave for 0845hrs allowing us to arrive a shade early.

Address: The Bold Forester, Beaulieu Road, Marchwood, SO45 4UQ.

No worries, I wouldn't of even got that far if it wasn't for you guys organising

There's a couple of posts I've put on this thread that I think have useful information so I'm gonna re-post them to bring them back to the front so......

Announcement:

Some of you may remember that to earn my “supporter” banner next to my name, I sorted out a little competition at VanityBMW last year and provided some trophies...

Well, after last year’s success, and in order to show my continued support for the forum and you lovely people, we are once again having our little bit of fun and friendly competition on the Zroadster.org stand.

"How do I enter?" I here you ask. The answer is simple....every car on the stand is in the competition.

I have provided trophies for "Best Z4", “Best Z3” as well as "Best OEM car" and "Best modified car". (fewer categories than last year but the trophies are nicer and more expensive!)

This will be the fairest competition of the day because of who the judges are....it's all of us! Everyone on our stand who has a ticket gets one of my specially prepared 'poll cards.' You then vote for the car you think deserves to win each category by writing the reg number on your pole card before submitting it for counting. You can vote for the same car for multiple categories if you want but the only thing you can't do is vote for the car you arrived in!

The marking criteria is simple too as that's entirely up to you. You can make your choice based on anything you want from how shiny it is to just plain liking it because you just do. It's your vote so throw it at the car you think deserves that category. This way no one has the horrible task of single handedly picking winners and having to justify their decision. Also it means every car on the stand is in with a chance and no one is left out of the fun!

Votes will be counted at 1330hrs and winners announced at 1430hrs

There is also a Show & shine this year too. The winner of this will also be announced at 1430hrs.

Good luck!

The most important one as this is the one I get the most questions about...
