Sounds good to me, assuming that we're not confronted with a monsoon! I'm on 07757756775. Hopefully we can sort something out. I was thinking of leaving Brighton at about 08:00, but that's negotiable.
 
What time does the event start? What time were we planning on meeting at the pub before the convoy?

This was posted way up the thread and has been swallowed by posts since as this is a popular thread so I've dragged it back to the front.....

Ok folks, as with previous years I've spoken to Staff at The Bold Forester (It was the very helpful Tamzin this year)and got us permission to use their car park as a meeting point ready to move on to Beaulieu together.


As a club we can access Beaulieu from 0900hrs but I getting in was a slow process in previous years so if we aim for before 0900hrs we will give ourselves time to organise (admission to the general public is 1000hrs).


I propose we meet at The Bold Forester car park at about 0815hrs to leave for 0845hrs allowing us to arrive a shade early.

Good idea to meet a bit earlier, getting in was awful last year. :thumbsup:

Oohhh, we will be passing Brighton, and hopefully grabbing a sausage and egg baguette around 6.30, don't know if that suits?
 
can't wait looking forward to this we are staying in christchurch on the saturday, and sunday night// if anyone is around this area we would appreciate being shown to the starting point on sunday....first time for us too

if anyone passing this area please let us know wold be glad of a tow to the bold forresters...

I could possibly swing by Christchurch. I'm in Ringwood, so it's a little detour, but that's not an unwelcome thing in the zed!
