This event has turned in to one of the flagship events for ZRoadster.org, last year we had around 35 Zeds on the stand alone. @Mac Romans has already posted up the camping thread, which again was hugely popular (and well run)! @pgunter and I will be organising the stand (which came second overall in best stand category last year)

Sorry to say I can't make it now.....gutted. vets bill insurance excess of £150 has just taken my money for the weekend at Beaulieu.

The all important seating plan has been released and once again we're on the top table with the same excellent spot we had last year. Plenty of room to stretch our legs on this one!

The organiser has told me we will be notified which gate we will enter by depending where we are so I fully anticipate we will be using Gate A. Either way our meeting point at The Bold Forester and subsequent convoy will be fine.

That is a really good spot, right opposite the show n shine. Are we doing a bit of organisation on who goes where or is it just get in and find a spot?

We’re gonna set the stand out all pretty and stuff! @pgunter and I have been putting our heads together and even drew (a scruffy and scribbled) plan on a piece of paper using my best crayons.
Me and Paul will lead the convoy on site and then direct everyone as to where to park. It might take a little while so we’ll need everyone to be patient with us but we’re gonna look great.
