Yeah weather looks good , I put the weather chart up for Rutland for Sunday , yesterday lol ;)

Oh no, Zed is poorly and will not be well enough for the run on Sunday. Can we still come and play in our Hyundai ix35 and we can be the support car.

I'll be there in the party bus so that's not a problem at all....it's about the people, the cars are just an excuse to show off now ;-)

I went to the local Autoglass centre to have a new windscreen fitted. After about 10 mins the chap came to me and asked "have you a problem opening your bonnet". You can guess the rest. Yes the cable had broken between the lever and the first latch:bashhead:. You could here the cable moving when the lever was pulled but it wouldn't open the latch. Brought the car home had a look on the various forums for the way to open the bonnet without a cable but after trying I failed totally. Kidney grill out etc. etc:mad:. So booked it in to the local Indy to do the business. Hopefully she will be fixed on Monday and then I can go and get my new windscreen fitted. So she's locked away at the car hospital at the moment.

What a bummer! Dave, of all the weeks to happen,law of the sod I suppose.
Julie not too well today ,hope will be ok, are you still down tonight ,(sat).
Looks like a drive down in the rain today,and a better day tomorrow hopefully.

Forecast from Canada for the Rutland cruise. No chance of snow with a 0% chance of rain, 100% chance Frankie will have a good time with good people. Now , back to the desk! JIM
