Been riding bikes for 24 years.
I've never come off it, but then I'm careful, and I've never ridden between traffic like many do.
But now it's the mobile phone thing, not people talking, it's the ones that are doing Facebook etc staring into the phone rather that at the road.
I can react to things that happen in front of me, but twice recently I've had cars slam the brakes on behind me. It's pretty obvious they're not looking where they're going.
Gutting because I love the bikes, but I've come to the conclusion it's only a matter of time before some one looking into their phone takes me out from behind.
Sorry for the rant.
