Hi snoops
I did have the body work treated, not autoglym it was called Silver Seal total protection,
by autosmart. It gets a certificate of protection and covers a number of things with a
five year warranty which can be passed on to any future new owner. :coolsteer)

Hey zedwheels what an absolute stunner you have there and so glad you took the Alpina route you know it was the right choice :ymsmug:

All I can say is make sure you keep it well locked up if your up this neck of the woods. =p~

From one seriously jealous zedder to another. :D

Hi Aceman, I have it all tucked away in my garage every night. Yeh it was the right
choice, for me anyway, Out of the 167 that was made this one is number 105. I think
the rareity of these may help with the car holding better value over time than my
Z3 did, not that i have any plans to move it on.... All previous owners have paid to have
a tracker contract on it.. mmmmm.

Cracking looking car.

Re Tracker - check with insurance, it costs me MORE to have the Tracker fitted #-o

I was only joking in the sense I would probably nick it :D

Aceman I know that, but i didnt know whether to have the tracker contract on it
again but not if i have to pay more to insure it like DangerousDave says, I would have thought i could have had cheaper insurance. Must ring and check...

Got the tracker on other halfs car it was fitted by dealer so we continued contract. We decided it was just another deterrent. Didn't make any difference to insurance.... LV.

Autostrada bristol.

Looking forward to seeing your new Baby on the 25th Brian, looks a stunning car..

We will see if it goes as quick as it looks...

Hi

Just chanced on this thread. I think I bought the car Zed was describing! In the end I paid 9.5k for it and yes, due to its condition, it will become a high days and holidays car which is good and bad !

For interest only, I discovered the dealer whom I purchased from paid 8k on the BMW trade only site. To be honest, he was welcome to his 1.5k profit as the car may as well be straight out of the showroom!

Rob

Hello Rob.
Read your post but not sure which car your refering to, do you mean the Z3
or the Alpina?

Brian.
