Hope you went for the Alpina, what a fantastic looking car. What you need to do now is take it for a spin round the Gower, and let me know when you do!

Yep thats the one. Should be ready for collection on Thursday. They have to replace
one tyre, touch up a slight graze to the wing mirror and good clean and polish. I had a couple of questions that i hadnt asked when there yesterday so went back again this morning for a second look and clear up a few loose ends and ended up spending another £250 to have it treated with some specialist high polish detail to the bodywork, and the roof scotch guard treated in and out, and interior leather protection applied so should look quite nice!
Skint now!!! But :)
Glad to know i can still join in the forum, wouldnt have bought it if i thought i couldnt
visit here.....

You have good choice in cars a 3 individual and now a 4 alpina :coolsteer) it's not compulsary to own a zed to be here by the way, but it helps :YMDEVIL:

It was quite a nice day today so took the opportunity to take a few pics of my new
purchase. Not very nice scenery for background but just so i could post an update.
Took it for a mini cruise this afternoon, like it very much so far but still miss my old marmite machine!!

Lovely looking car, looks and sits soooo well.

I am surprised to see it does not have quad exhausts? I take it the alpina is a variant of the 3.0 rather than the ///M???

It is variant of the 3ltr it has all the power you could want with the 300 BH but it has the
maintainance and running cost of the 3ltr. Does'nt have the quad pipes but the size of
the twin exhausts are quite large.

Yes they did do the the mark on the mirror ect. but its always the same since i got it home i@v noticed some more so i have rang chips away tonite for them to take a look and see if they can make better. For a car of 7 yrs though its pretty good.

Was thinking of the Elan valley cruise again this year billz but i see your not going, only
taffzee and the martian as far as i can tell..... :coolsteer)
