Ooo sounds very nice Andy, the induction sounds ace .
Exhaust tips look great as they fill the cut out in the bumper.

Thanks Steve. Nice and chunky, unlike my previous pea shooters. Just a shame I can't get the roof down to hear it better.

Absolutely mate, mine still has the original exhaust and the tail pipes just don't suit the car,too small as you said and too quiet.
Let's hope for some good weather so you can get the full benefit of that lovely sound :coolsteer).

Looks good!!!! I'm afraid to look at the one on my Z3. But I know that when I went under the car to replace the downstream O2 sensor, I was amazed at how clean and rust free the under side of the car was. It was always in the garage of the last owner. I should soon remove the tire for a complete examination. Actually, if not for any other reason, just to see how to remove it in case I'm on the road and have a flat sometime. I really feel insecure about the ///M when driving it because there is no spare on them. Frankie

It's a knack to release mate that's for sure. Mine is rotten so needed replacing. If you get a can of tyre foam you can repair most punctures.

No that's a familiar tune!
Give it time to bed in, mines only gotten fruiter after 7yrs on the car. Sounds best when properly hot.
You going to enjoy top down tunnels now between the induction and exhaust.

Yes I know what you mean,I was going to collect mine in the zed but changed my mind at the last minute and went in the van. When the guy at BMW brought them out I was so relieved I wasn't in the zed.
Surprising how big they are,you don't realise when they're on the car.

Had to de-box them mate, put the roof down, lower the wind break, put them in then put the roof back up (raining at the time).

Speaking of how big things are, I had visions of getting a front strut brace home in a suit case, however does anyone have a case that's 45" inside ?:)

Tony.

I think it may have to come home as extra luggage Andy, that's if I get one.
