I had a PayPal account and when I was conned by an Italian twister I had to take them to court to get my money back. I later found that there were dozens of complaints against the same rogue dealer, but eBay still allowed him to trade. I had to promise never to tell anyone the details of the court case, but I never received the balance from my account. Using PayPal meant that I lost the protection of my credit card company. I will not open another PayPal account. Ever.
