What with the wedding & honeymoon being only a few days before the event, we're going to be low on both energy and funds and it's just not feasible for us. I begged, pleaded and even attempted bribery but despite requesting that weekend off back in January; no-one else is available to cover and I have to work :-q ( I'm absolutely gutted to miss what is bound to be a bloody fantastic weekend with you all....

I know, at least Hornel loves me I have asked a few times since and the answer has been an absolute "No". It would look a bit obvious if I threw a sicky, although I am tempted!!! hi all, shelly and i went to wroxham today to sort out the route from wroxham to southwold the trip will take 1 hour also we managed to get a car park in wroxham all to ourselves i will have the key so the only cars in the car park will be ours
sandy asked if we can meet in a layby but if you are all comeing in on the norwich road when you get into wroxham go over the bridge and turn left 100 yards down you will see me on the side of the road easy
PS: has rob sorted out the parking in southwold we were there today and it wasn't easy parking 1 car

Will concentrate on looking for snack café now, it will all come together in the end, all we'll need is top down day B-)

Southwold Food update

Hello All

I couldn't say much before but our Harbour is going to have a major celebration on the Sunday. The upside to this is Nick who runs the Harbour Inn has told me he will be having pub food available all day as well as a special BBQ. He is a foodie fan so I have high expectations for the spread. He looks forward to a cadre of Zeds descending on him!!!

Obviously no time restrictions will help too allowing all to eat when you desire!

Re parking:

Yes, am expecting it to be a pig in SW the wole day but am hoping it will ease off down the harbour towards tea time as the majority of people should have left by then or gone home for tea

I'll have a think though and get back on ideas.

Have booked a great place in Wroxham, called THE INDULGE SANDWICH BAR!, =p~ with an outside table overlooking the river. had some rave reviews for their sarnies and Jacket spuds etc!!! ^^

Have settled Broads Tours boat trip and thanks Guys, for prompt replies. :-bd

It will be a cracker of a day, whatever the weather! rounded up at Rob's hometown jubilee celebrations at the Harbour in Southwold :ymparty:

Need to sort meeting points this end, any suggestions, Macca, perhaps the roundabout at Downham Market, whatever is easiest coming from Wisbech.

hi gang, just to remind you all about parking on sunday. as you come to wroxham on the norwich road go over the bridge (at wroxham) and turn first left 100 yards down i will be standing on the left
if you are coming from the other way go over the roundabout (you will then have roys main store on the right) then turn right you will see me on the left hand side

what time are you all going to be at wroxham ? i will make sure we are there before you
