Hi Everyone,
To make the trip more exciting I have managed to book the 'Vintage Broadsman' for our Boat trip at Wroxham, it is a paddle boat (not that you will have to put your Fred Flintstone flippers on!!!)
)
The trip is at 2pm, will be for an hour and a half and will cost £8.00 each (£7.20 if there are 15 of us) I have had to book 20 places, because I can ring through with less people, but cannot increase it if we have any last minute members joining us. :-?
I have sent a deposit of £30 and the remaining amount will need to be sent to them seven days before sailing. Will PM everyone with payment details and update the first page aswell. :-bd
The Tourist centre recommended parking in Roy's car park, as we can walk to both the boat and the restaurant from there, so I am now looking for a place to have a snack in Wroxham, having been disappointed as the Old Mill Café beside the river,won't/can't reserve tables because they will be too busy as it's a bank holiday weekend. The Wherryman on the other side of the river sounds promising, so hopefully we can sit together there. B-)
Alan & Rob, how have you both got on with your arrangements for the Wroxham to Southwold route and our final feast of the day? Although we not sure where to go when we actually approach Wroxham. Will chat at Rutland, Alan
Won't be long now as time is flying by \
