Translate the page using Google but you have to complete the Dutch form. Just make a note of the questions. You can't do it on the translation page, at least I couldn't do it on my laptop

Try using Google Chrome browser plus the translate add on- it then translates whatever page you are on fully

I never laid a finger on him! He maybe a slightly smaller than some kind of a guy but believe me he makes up for it in attitude! =))
