Suspension advice

Just been on car parts for less,I got it to £483.84 @Eddie Zedder ,two front and rear shocks, with front and rear springs, all Sachs.
Still a lot cheaper than e.c.p though .
Thing is though for another £150ish,you can get the Bilstein B12 kit.

FYI I've found the Eibach B12 kits online for £512.60 delivered !!
£128.15 per corner, now that's a bargain.

Order sorted now after using pay pal, should be here some time next week.
Thanks @Eddie Zedder ,Brian for the heads up on this .
Happy to help Steve, just hope there will be some stock left for me!

I was about £250 a few weeks ago for 4 x Sachs shocks and top mounts.. no springs though.
So seems about right.
My old fronts look original and don't return very quickly, but the rears were Bilstein and still in quite good nick if anyone is after a set.

I would have had to wait longer if I was paying e.c.p prices,so this has been a big help :).
I'm sure they have plenty of stock left Brian .
Ordered mine @Bozzy

Nice one mate .
Had an email saying mine will be delivered today and I didn't pay extra for fast delivery :).
It'll be fitted by tomorrow night then;)

Unfortunately not Dave, the springs were delivered this morning, but no shocks as yet .
I guess they'll arrive later this week.
They've been diverted to my house. =))

The shock absorbers were delivered this morning :).
Are you replacing the top mounts as well @Eddie Zedder ?.
Yes Steve, I haven't sourced them yet though. That was the reason I'm changing the lot, the passenger side mount has some delamination and is not quite central with the turret. I have inner tyre wear on the passenger front and i think this may be a contributing factor.

Also the drivers side sits 15mm lower than the passenger side and all round it sits below the recommended limits for a loaded vehicle when it is unloaded!

Is it just the front top mounts that you renew ? Apologies I've never done any suspension work.
Car parts for less they're £30,e.c.p they're £44 and they're the exact same make.

Do the rear mounts too, less than 20quid I think for the Meyle HD ones on eBay.

Check the brand as I'd avoid no name rubber bits, Meyle HD get reccomended which is an OEM manufacturer but and upgraded but I believe.

You can add the rear shock reinforment plates too which are like a tenner, they are just plates that bolt on when putting the mount on.

Thanks Dino,I'll have a look on eBay.
Do the rear reinforcement plates make any difference ?.

@Bozzy As @Dino D says don't go for the unbranded stuff. There are Sachs ones on the bay too, but Meyle stuff is spot on.
