Well, I'm p***** off with wet and windy weather, getting cold water dripping down my neck and into my eyes, getting legs cold and wet leaning over the front of cars- which are cold and wet. Can you see the pattern here?
Yesterday, we were given good news and bad news. The good news is that we're not getting a pay rise (of 0.5%) again this year. The bad news is that we have to leave work earlier each day by 30mins. Did I get that right?
Now 8 till 5 and Saturdays 8 till 12.
Apparently our new MD thinks that equates to a pay rise because it increases our hourly rate !!
I don't think this has anything at all to do with boosting the hourly rate of those employed on the minimum (living) wage to keep them from having an increase - Do you?
