And you pay for the room when we get their ;)

Hi Guys

Have sent you all a PM, except for Shelly & Allan, as they have already given us their party payment.

Tempus fugit, it's time to sort our remaining payments - Extract of email from Wyboston -  Full payment is required four weeks prior to your party date, (despite stating three weeks in their blurb) which brings us to 17th November. I have sent the names for the rooms, so there is no worry there.

In that email Debbie included a menu in the form of a tick list, but never having pre-ordered before, I am going to ring Debbie and ask her if it is necessary, but meanwhile you can be having a look at the menu choices (See website address on first post) so you have an idea of what choices there are, just in case!

Sorry not to have been on the forum much lately, but we have been very busy, will come back to you tomorrow with menu news, I promise!!

Just to update you all, Wyboston Lakes have changed their menu policy and would like you to book your meal choices ahead, so as to avoid confusion on the night. The menu is as follows:-

Christmas Tribute Night Menu :santa:

STARTER
Chicken & wild mushroom terrine with pickled mushrooms and bacon jam
King prawn & smoked salmon salad
Leek & potato soup (v) crispy leeks

MAIN COURSE
Roasted breast of turkey with roast potatoes, honey & thyme roasted root vegetables, bacon & chestnut shredded sprouts sausage with bacon & stuffing and a red wine jus
Slow braised leg of lamb with roast potatoes, honey & thyme roasted root vegetables, bacon & chestnut shredded sprouts sausage with bacon & stuffing and a red wine jus
Lentil, chestnut & cashew gateau (v) with roast potatoes, honey & thyme roasted root vegetables, shredded sprouts sand a red wine jus

DESSERT
Baileys Crème Brûlée brandy snap biscuit
Milk chocolate parfait mandarin gel and hazelnut & chocolate soil
Christmas pudding with brandy sauce

Freshly ground coffee with mince pies

The tribute band is called The Gillettes, so let's hope we don't have too many close shaves!!:rolleyes:

now all i need is an outfit lol
