Unfortunately, sad to say Ann & Pete have let us know that they will be unable to make it to the Xmas party, we were looking forward to catching up with them, but recent events have overtaken them, they send their love and will try and make another meet next year. Meanwhile I have been in touch with Tracy Dee & Cliff, who are over the moon that they can now join us at Wyboston. So I will get in touch with Debbie at Wyboston to tell her about the changes and that we still need 25 places.

It's great news for @ Tracy Dee and Cliff but a blow to the EAC that Pete and Ann are unable to make it this year! I know how connected you all are and I think that's just great!! JIM
 
What a great shame that Pete and Ann can't make the Christmas party this year :p

Have spoken to Debbie and she has been very good and is just going to swap the names of the guests for us without any need to cancel and re-book any places. Pete & Ann have asked us to put their £20 deposit in to start our drinks kitty! So we can raise our glasses to missing friends and drink to their health on the night!!:drinks: Thanks Pete & Ann.:thankyou:

OK Shell but as you guys are going too have you paid anymore to Sandy???...we have paid our deposit but the balance must be due now or soon??? ...any word?
 
We paid the full amount a couple of weeks ago :p
Because we see Sandy and Mike on a visit ;)
I'm not sure when the rest of the money is due ;)
I'll try and find out :)
