Big fan of the A10. Hard as nails! Same cannon the C130 Spectre Gunship has, Bruffen and bandages wouldn't patch you up from either
A bit like the Z3 then? Old, ugly and slow.
In 1970 there was a complaint made by a BR passenger that A10s were lining up on trains to practice attacks. In fact they were lining up on approach to Alconbury, their home base.
I have a DVD called Fighter Pilot showing them attacking targets during an international war games. The fleet Air Arm was represented but not the RAF.
I was joking about the Z3 being old, slow and ugly. The arctic silver ones aren't that ugly.
