So you wake up and are the last person on earth...

I'm going to Disneyworld!!!!!

Top man , much nicer than Disney Land. Where are you staying Mark? We'll be over there in April/May this spring and again I Sept. /Oct.

Tony.

ps. If you're there in April you might take in the All American Hot Rod and Custom Car show in Kissimmee. We've been the last 2 years and seen some great cars. There is also the Exotic car show in Celebration which a forum member attended 2 years ago and there was 1, maybe 2, BMW Z8's amongst the Ferrari's and Lambo's etc.

Actually, that was just my answer to the "wake up as the last person on earth" question. ;)

But, we are actually planning a trip next year this time - going to take our son, his wife and our 3 grandkids for a week.

For other trips we've either stayed on site or rented houses to the southwest of Orlando on/close to a golf course. I seem to remember a British Pub out that way - can't remember the name but it had great beer and food!

Think I would try and land a 747 on the M25 :p :p :p
Oh can feel a multiple wheel brake fire coming on, oh, and the wings may be a little shorter :wideyed:

Despite there being nobody else I suspect that the wheels my be a bit shorter too - The M25 will still be full of lorries!

Good point @Redline. Sorry @Lee but I think a 200 ton cartwheeling ball of flames appears to be the end result :wideyed:

Me???? I would get my Z out, drive it to Aylesbury to pick up Martins coupe, drive it to Lee's place and drive the hell out of that TVR hoping I'd overcook it land up in the middle of the M25 (to watch someone crash land a Jumbo.) Then with the piece of rope I'd have taken from home find a tree and do the deed, Yep!!!!! you guessed it, couldn't live without all you people in my life. Lmfao.=))=))=))=))=))

I've got a nice piece of rope, Roy, I'll leave it nailed to the front door before I go.:ymdevil:

A Lightning on reheat?
I borrowed the Wattisham F3 simulator for a quick spin on reheat. I got to 40,000ft and ran out of fuel.
I was at BC in Ireland when they were testing the Lightnings. That was in 62. The last aircraft I worked on was an F3, well two squadrons of them actually.
I would sort out the lot of you by flying a mk10 Anson with a top turret and a single .5" machine gun. Beat that.
