I have a cunning way i do it. Eat a bar of chockie with 500 cals and then do a double work out as will usually be a Sat or Sun. That way i get my sugar rush and burn at the same time
I am also fortunate that i have a spare room that i have put some fitness equipment in so no need for the gym. Got a Xtrainer, crunch bench and dumbbells of various weights. Makes it easier to fit the time in. If i had to do the gym then i would probably only have lost 1st if that
Yes i am planning on dropping to a 30 min a day exercise and drop from the 10kg dumbbells to 5kg once i have got to my weight as i dont want to bulkI think that the 5/2 or 4/3 plan works to maintain it, in fact I know it does.
