Serious Jockin'

Has anyone else ever retired from there Tony? If so, what type of send off did they get? Anyway, it's over now so it doesn't matter anymore. It's onwards and upwards from here on in

Doesn’t matter what happened or didn’t happen today Tony. Tomorrow is another day, another year and another life.
You have hundreds of friends on here who appreciate you and everything you do.
Enjoy life from now on - nothing else matters

An extra special "happy new year and all the best for the future" Tony & Shirl

So here I am, home from my last day at work and what a send off I was given.
Here's a picture of all I received after 16 years work.

Makes you feel really appreciated, not.

Tony.
Not to worry Tony, hope you have a long and happy retirement.

Happy retirement, and look on the bright side, from tomorrow its just Shirl that will be telling you what to do....=))

Heres to a new beginning Tony, look forward to what will be and enjoy the new life ahead

I take it nothing as it’s a blank picture. Not even got the cream cakes in etc. Your boss must be a right miserable ****! Must be somewhat deflating after the time you have worked there. Main thing is it’s behand you now with a new year ahead without having to see that place or said person again as you have choice to do so now.

Happy retirement Tony :beer

If that's how they treat you then your best of out of there. Enjoy doing what you love now you have the time and you'll be laughing every morning you wake up from now on knowing you don't need to go back to that place.

Doesn't matter, you will no doubt have bought the "retirement uniform"
Beige slacks, tank top, moccasins and cardigan. oh and the beige wind cheater jacket and flat cap.

And besides, if you want some sort of retirement present I'm sure @gookah has plenty of the above in his cupboard going spare. He's not even retired and already has the retirement uniform that he might lend you

Cheers Dave good advice mate.

Tony.

Not a great send off then Tony but it's all freedom from here on. Happy new year.

The same to you Mike, thank you.

Tony.

Oh well Tony, it's probably about what you expected:(. Never mind you're now your own boss....as long a Shirl says it's OK=))

Can't say I was surprised at all Dave. Their loss.:)

Tony.
