Event September 2nd. 2018 ..... Something will be happening

We thought so after all mate. Also had a chat with the parking attendants at the IBCC, there was a gathering of classic cars there today he said they were expecting around 80 cars!! We followed a couple of old MGs into the site a B GT and a Roadster.
We will make another visit and talk to the people in the office, but were told it shouldn't be a problem.

Hi @Stevezster thank you for enquiring about our little get together. Sorry to say we are at capacity, but I will add you to the reserve list at no. 2. and if we get any drop out you're 2nd to be promoted.

ps. There is Zedfest in 5 weeks on Aug 19th. if you fancy it? It's only at Shepshed near Leicester. A good day out and we always have a convoy together from Ollerton.
 
I’m gutted can’t make Zedfest, so hoping for a drop out. I drove past the convoy last year near Sturton by stow, but was in my Mini.

Hi Tony, I'm probably not going to make this unfortunately so I'm going to pull out now mate as you have a reserve list and I don't want to be a no show and not give someone else a spot. I have also cancelled my room at the Black Swan so heads up they have a double going for the 1st Sept if anyone needs a room. Hopefully I get up to you next year.

I need a couple of volunteers as Mint will still in France and we have 6 groups this year. I can temp you with a BBQ at ours on the pre run on August 26th.or Aug. 12th. Please say which is better

Are you running the groups in the order listed above becuase being 2nd will make me feel really important, on this occassion i'll pretend no1 doesnt exist! :D Bbq! Count us in tar :D
