Good to hear these days mate, I have an agreement that I get full pay but not a lot of company's offer it these days, and IMO loyalty does get noticed

When I was in for 3 months in 2015 I got £90 a week state sick pay. My company refused point blank to help me out. As soon as I was fit a friend had lined me a job up with my new boss knowing my health issues and said if I was to fall ill again he would pay me. He was true to his word.

Sometimes going back early can end up being off sick for longer. I rushed back to work after two weeks off with a bad back. 2 hours in to the first day allegedly on light duties was requested to visit an incident down a back lane hit a large pot hole something snapped off for 6 months. Never been right since.
