As most of you are aware me, mozza and the other halfs were thinking of doing the Alps and onto Slovenia. We have now had a change of plans and because we have done the Alps for the last couple of years we have decided to do the following.
Spending 1 night in each location unless stated
Calais to Le Mans
Le Mans to Bergerac
Bergerac to Candanchu (Pyrenees)
Candanchu to Pierrefitte Nestalas (Pyrenees)
Pierrefitte Nestalas to Vielha (Pyrenees)
Vielha to Andorra
Andorra to Salou 2 nights
Salou down to Javea to stay 7 nights in a villa with sea views.

Looks a fantastic journey with great villa for relaxing for the second week boys. Glad you have thought about Moz's safety bill by having a fence around the pool.

Tempting, but July is a busy month for me @Lee lol.. Looks a good route. Still I think the Stantander to St Malo looks good too... September all up the west Coast of France

We had been planning a Pyrenees trip last year but the Greek bike opportunity came up so we put it on hold.our idea was to sail to Spain and drive back making our return journey a little more flexible, although a relaxing boat ride on the way home sounds good as well.July is a busy month for us so it might be difficult .it would be nice to meet up for a European mini cruse you never know

@miller1098 i have been looking at the 24 hr crossing from Portsmouth to Northern Spain then back via the Pyrenees and Atlantic Coast of France. Heading back to Portsmouth via St Malo. Was that your sort of route ? Early September time too.

Great minds think alike, that was the basis of our route we usually are quite flexible on the stuff we do in a day
And September is a good month for us.Think about it ,it could be a goer :)

If you plan on going up western France then Saint Nazair is worth visiting, they have a nice curved bridge there and the port area is quite nice. If you can try and visit a place called Ainhoa in france near the Spanish boarder its a lovely little village
