Though I could do with some sort of hover mechanism to get my Zed to the road :(

I would trailer it to the end of the lane if it was mine, make the misses take it back.=))
Roy.
You need to come over for some more rally stage experience Andy, I know several more, you'd like them, ............................ honest !;)

Just waiting for my year to pan out Tony, hopefully I'll be able to get south at some point.

I'm after a Touareg for the dogs.

I'm after the v10 @Grumpy
I'd love a touareg Mark and I've been talking with Tony as he owned one for years. They are just out of my budget this time unless I want a 200,000 mile one which I don't. My second choice was an ML270 cdi but again only huge mileage makes them affordable. I'm reading up on hyundai and kia........

Very good reviews both Hyundai and the Kia mate.

I like the Kia Sportage

My mate has had a couple of Sportage's and they've been great cars. The first one he had I think was a 3ltr V6 auto and it drove lovely. It drank a bit though

To small mate its for towing the horse trailer so needs to be a lump. Sorento or the terracan are looking favourite at the minute. Need to ask Tony what he thinks from an "on the ramp thought"

Don't rate the Terracan to be honest, we have a customer at work who has one and although it's not a permanent fixture it does appear quite often and some times bit's aren't easy to come by. On the other hand we had Sorrento's in Florida and liked them but obviously these were petrol models.

Tony.

Never driven one in anger Mark, I did test one a long while ago though. I loved mine, even the 2.5 but it got part chopped on the Z4.A fairly bullet proof engine from what I see and read. Apparently they do like a drink but a 5.0 ltr, what can you expect?

B*****! I do prefer the look of the Sorento but they are dearer. I found a Terracan, one owner with really low mileage on budget but if that's your view mate I'll wait for the right Sorento to come up. Or if im really lucky maybe i'll land that Touareg! Thanks for your imput Tony.
