I'd be interested in the rear lower braces. Please send me some pictures and details of the items.
Thanks.

There is a thiner low profile rear brace. For max ground clearance. And a more heavy duty one with mounting points for side braces. The lightweight one is £160 and the reinforced one is £210. I have the lighter one on my car at the moment and it kicks quite a bit of arse. Really happy with it. Not tried the heavier one yet. The first prototype should be ready in 2 weeks

Anthony, am I right to understand that the thinner low profile lower rear brace will not come with mounting points for the side braces?

I had the Strong butt strut and side brace removed from my car as it just couldn't clear most speed bumps in the city. Both items made the car feel solid and allowed the suspension to work better.

Please post some pictures of the rear low profile bottom brace that is installed on your car.

It is my intention to only have the mounting bolts welded to the heavier duty brace. But in the pictures below they are in the prototype low profile brace. I want to try and offer a cheaper option with the low-profile brace. And welding the bolts adds time and money. The low profile brace performs really well through tension forces which is what it is designed for. But when you add the side braces I suspect they may be slightly less effective in torsion than the heavier duty lower brace. And as the side braces are likely to be relatively quite expensive due to material costs the package make more sense to have a cheaper stand alone low profile brace. And if you want the heavier duty one it can support the side braces. I am also exploring the possibility of a central H brace to further tie the side braces together.
Please note the below pictures show the low profile brace fitted to my Bertini with a non standard exhaust. The lower braces will also be in black powder coat and not grey.

Will the long side rails fit the Strong butt strutt or will it be best to buy you new heavy duty butt strutt?
The side rails will have twin mounting points. But i imagine you could still another hole in strong butt strutt.
The side rails will be lighter than the ones strong strutt do. Lower profile. Instead of angle iron it will be flat steel with angled box section welded along it. Thus will not be quite as strong or industrial. But a lot lighter and lower profile. Especially at the rear where the pre-welded upward bolting points will result in no need for a ground clearance robbing nut/bolt head below the lower brace. The proposed H bracket and twin rear mounting points should really add to the overall rigidity. The side braces are still in early prototype. I should have more news on the side braces next week.

Thank you Anthony for posting the pictures. It helps visualise the difference, in terms of clearances compared to the other braces. The bottom brace along with the H brackets are definitely going on my shopping list. Looking forward to the next update.

I have some good news. The thinner rear lower profile braces should be around the £120 mark. If anyone wants to order any of these message me. they do not have the mounting points for the side braces) I have been testing the one you see fitted for 3 weeks and I love it. It makes cornering even more fun!

I can now release the rear upper brace with integrated 4mm top mount reinforcing plates. This was an idea from Brian H. The jig tolerances have been tightened up with smaller bolt holes for a very precise fit. They are going on eBay at the same price as the older rear braces and will be finished in a matt black powder coat. I have three remaining old stock rear braces in the gunmetal colour.
The bottom picture compares the new and old end plates.

The new top rear brace looks very nice indeed. I just bought mine but would have preferred this over the previous. :(

Nice one Andy. I should be sending it out on Monday.

I have developed a set of side braces. But I don't feel they have done much compared to the other braces. Plus I will have to charge quite a lot for them. I am likely to stick with the rear lower brace which is in the final stages of testing. Rha and BrianH have one of my rear lower braces and I'm just waiting for some fitting feedback before putting them up for sale.
