I think the tank noise was mentioned already tony and the buzzing noise is more than likely one of the door or window rubbers, which I presume only happens when you are driving and at certain speeds??

There is no way these were going on by hand even when roll bar was off the car.

Some popped off by all themselves with the roll bar on the car ;-)

An update since i had the car up on the ramp today

if you listen to this you will hear the clicking (among other noises)

The only thing i can see is the diff bush



what is the best way to replace this?

I was thinking taking the back plate off?

and what is this?

Finally where and how much are these ?

I seen one on e-bay that looks like it for £120

seams expensive i have seen others that look totally different for a lot less

The connector is the speed sensor for your speedo. The best way of doing this is to buy the bush already pressed in a new back plate, the are about £75 from the dealer.

Will post part number later if I get back on the Internet today.

Have the suspension dampers been mentioned?

A mechanic told me that a noise I have from the front is due to the struts inside the damper shaking and making a noise (as presumably some rubber part has come undone). No untoward affects just a noise (not that loud like yours but then the front suspension is far from the cabin..)
