Due to be travelling up from Somerset for thevSilverstpne Classic so in preparation just encase I have the misfortune to get a puncture any recommendations for repairs as the spare wheel idea must be a last resort
Thanks think the aerosol could be the answerAs above, used one on my Punto years ago and they work well.
Must get round to going for a bit of skidding around over on Anglesey.I believe it can be repaired just fine but must be cleaned first and I suppose garages don’t want to clean it properly (must be sticky?) and rather sell a tyre. I would have through it’s only then hole where the rubber plus would go that would need cleaning and the area where the tyre seats to the rim anyway?Doesn't the aerosol use effectively "kill" the tyre though, in that it can't then be properly repaired (assuming the damage is repairable of course)?

Good topic and reminder to get some of the plug kits. The only fast puncture I had on the Z was from an Ikea Allen key and the hole was too big for the tyre weld but would have plugged up just fine if I had some...[
good point I will remember that
