Well I know 4 so far. Me, me, me and me, ooooh and you and mint and Ant! 
There may some changes to that list Andy,I was a bit naughty in compiling that list as it may have made life more awkward for Mac and Twin turbo
.But basically mostly Z3's with me and mostly z4's with Mac. Twin turbo has a different route for him and the fast boys.
I have had a sneaky run out on our route and I must say the boys have done a fab job and we're all in for a treat

Yes your Wright time was the issue, as quite a few members have traveled an long distance.

As most of you know this is both mine and @Twin Turbo's first event we have organised, and both of us are really pleased with the interest.
I would also apologies over the last few weeks this forum page has not been updated due to work so I would like to thank Twin for assisting during my absence.
I know a more information has been requested, so we hope this will answer everyone's questions.
Since we are expecting an turn out over 35 cars, we have created three groups – based on your preference.
Below is a list of which people are in which group, and what your meal preference are.
To try and make things simple under each group leader there is an hyper link, please click on this link and this will provide you details regarding your group, and there are also a number of files been converted for satnav systems as well.
General itinerary of the day:
9:00am Meeting at Morley Hayes
9:30am onwards groups depart
11:30am - 1:30pm Carsington Water (parking charge of £2.50) Meal and Show and Shine
3pm Chatsworth House

We are planning in having a Show and Shine at Carsington water, and below is the criteria of awarding the awards.

Exterior Quality - 15 points
Interior Quality - 15 points
Cleanliness and presentation - 15 points
Overall Concept And Integration - 20 points
We would like to thank again the Ilkeston BMW club for been judges at the event, however both mine and Twin’s cars will not be included.

We hope it is an great day, we have tried to do some different things - but I hope the information provided will answer everyone questions. I hope everyone turns up, as we have committed to the catering company.
Looks like you've done a cracking job so far with the planning, gonna escalate you from Novice to Pro organiser status! Let me know if anyone doesn't turn up and I'll ban 'em

As our group does have quite a lot of roads to travel rather than @Mac Romans and @Bozzy - I just hope my little 2 ltr / 4 pott is not an rolling road block for these guys as i expecting @billz overtaking me as I am driving to slow. And the 3 ltr boys showing there POWER!
I'm sure you've nothing to worry about there, no one is going to show up the guy who made the day possible, even if they could.
Anyway, you have plenty under your right foot.Tony.
