MidlifeZ (Simon) has sold his car. He's thinking of buying a Z3 in springtime but for now you'd probably best assume he'd be a passenger for this event. Can the following give me a preference for which group they would like to be in, even the ones who are only Possibles to enable me to balance the groups out. Thank You

We know from our cruise last year how the eating venue can ruin the day. We had 50 odd people and they couldn't cope, it took them that long most people left before we did the last section of the run. Think I'd be tempted to go with a KFC/McDonalds or picnic type event. Be much easier and less stress on the organisers. Just my thoughts of course.I know all the locations you have mentioned also a few stops i am planning do coffee and can grab a bite to eat like pasties and pastries.
I think a booked meal will be out of the question due to the amount attending and the time it would take. I think it would be more beneficial if we just did a stop where we can mingle with everyone
To be honest Dave that is my thoughts, but i also know some people will prefer to bring there own. Having a sit down meal for 50+ folk is out of the question as we would need to allow at least 2 hours for it.We know from our cruise last year how the eating venue can ruin the day. Just added picnic to my post Bill. May well be best, especially for me as Tony and Shirl bring me posh stuff like pickles and pork pie lol!!!To be honest Dave that is my thoughts, but i also know some people will prefer to bring there own.
