It goes like stink - I know people charge a lot for the manifold but you can do the manifold, fitting kit and adaptor plate for around £250. Performance wise, it's probably the best £250 you could spend, the car pulls to the redline easily. The ECU doesn't need a remap to feel a significant jump in performance.
It's such an improvement I'm seriously considering selling my twin vanos and just running the OEM single vanos!
