Hi Brian and welcome from here near Lincoln. I would very much like to see some pictures of your car.I've never seen one close up so would appreciate some close up pictures if you have some. Cheers, Tony.

I very much doubt they knew that mine was the Z8 as I didn't hang around the car that much.

I'm also probably not what you'd expect an archetypical Z8 owner to be (if there is such a thing). More "Wurzel Gummidge" on a bad day than James Bond!

Probably why they gave me the cold shoulder thinking about it!

;)

Hi Wurs
I didn't think you looked so bad when we met, at least you still had all your teeth!!!!!!

With regard to Z1 owners, we met one on the BMW stand at the NEC who was very interesting to talk to, but even Sandy noticed that the fibreglass bonnet was warped!!

I will be watching it. We went on a run when we first got our Z3 and a guy called TrickyDicky from .net from Derby was in his Z1 and he was just an ordinary guy had a few chats with him very aproachable and willing to answer questions. Not all Z1 owners should be tarnished with the same brush.

Will be interesting what they pay and what they get.
