I will watch this with interest. The car was recently for sale at 25K. Looked nice, but the history of the programme is of slap dash tart and sell. We'll see what transpires.
It will be interesting whether your a fan of the Z1 or not. A purchasing lesson!!!
I tried to speak to a couple of owners at the Silverstone Classic the other day. Went back two or three times, but they were not interested in talking to anyone but their own little group. They new I was there and wanted a chat, but just kept talking amongst themselves whilst watch their cars like a hawk. One even checked that I hadn't brushed up against his pride and joy while I walked around it, then went back to chatting. Shame on them!
I didn't sit with the car but showed several people around it during the day. Had them sit in it and chatted to them about it. Had one guy crawling under the rear valance to show him the strengthening bar I'd had fitted. Met another two Z8 owners (One of them was the Beaulieu motor museum chap) and enjoyed doing it.
One of the pleasures in owning a nice car is to share it with others. People are interested. Why go to a show if you're don't want to share the experience.
Hey ho!
