I've just registered, I agree was a bit of a faff but my application was accepted by entering BMW Z Four Roadster, I didn't enter year. And yes what a long reference number you're given!
 
If you got a mobile phone :p
Take a photo of the number :)
Then when you get there you can just show the person it ;)
 
I've printed out the page - I'll take that with me.

Are we going to all meet up beforehand & go in convoy? Can we all park up as a group?

just checked the Old Buck website http://oldbuck.com/en/events/wing-wheels-2017/ and they haven't opened registration yet, I'll email them tomorrow and get an update.

Meeting point, I'm going to suggest the layby in front of the Ox & Plough pub in Old Buckenham village.

I do have one slight problem, in that I may not be able to make it. Somehow I'd overlooked it's my daughters birthday that day. But I'm happy to keep organising it. She will be 17 though, I could slap on some L plates and get her to drive!

Just registered. The ref no. Is longer than my national insurance no!!

That's exactly what we did, Richard, thought they couldn't possibly mean us to spell the year!!! Hopefully that won't affect us at the gate, surprised they didn't ask for car reg. but we'd have to spell that too!:D

Last year I seem to remember we did have to give the car reg number - but the letters only, no numbers! - Strange?
 
added @Jay C to the list. As you are so close, maybe you can advise if the meeting place is a sensible choice? anywhere better?

I've added the current meeting plans to the first post along with a contact name should there be any questions over vehicle ages on the gate.

I've also emailed the admin again and told them of the form problem. If those who have not registered yet want to hang on a day, maybe they will fix it!
