Thank you for the warm welcome .... i hope I willLooks a great zed has presence ! Welcome and enjoy the forum![]()
I was remarking on Billz comment regarding the luggage rack. As I said - there's always someone comments when we see a Z3 with rack installed. The common currency is that the raised bar should be at the front so that, if you brake hard, that and case isn't thrown forwards into the back of you head. This is especially important if you don't have roll-hoops fitted.Sorry you have lost me on that ....... is the a right and wrong way haha ...
A very good choice on the wheels Jan. Can you remember the Stock car stadium at Boston?Hi Tony thank you for the welcome... not to far from you Boston ... yes I chose the wheels .. think they look good..
Near @t-tony stomping ground. He'll be inviting you to his meet in September at Torksey Lock.Hello sorry only just seen this post .. yes proud of her.. thanks .. nr Boston Lincs .. thanks for the welcome
Its only right if you have the BMW suitcase, as Gaz said further back up the thread, as with the lip of the rack positioned to the back of the car, It would be impossible to get at the lock on the case to lock it on.Having a Z4 I really don't know which way is right to be honest.
