It was a fantastic show, I did hang around the BMW stand at 12 but obviously not ever meeting anyone it was difficult to pick out you guys ! Other than making a complete idiot of myself by tapping everybody on the shoulder and saying you got a z3 I kind left ! First ever Z1 I've seen in the flesh too (nice car)

Yes it was all a bit odd to start with. Not having a clue what people actually look like makes life difficult. Asking if anyone knows Badman Gee, Rev or Aceman might make you look a bit of an idiot!

Might just be easier to swap phone numbers next time or actually join everyone on an event. But it was really nice to put faces to people. The internet is a great way to meet like minded people but it's far nicer to see a human image rather than just words on screens.

As a side note I bought a dual action polisher kit yesterday. Sooo looking forward to having a go. I will however try it on the daily drive before rubbing a hole in the paint work of my Z!

Haha you will be fine rev with a da polisher it is the rotary ones you have to use with respect, just remember to keep the head moving and you won't have a problem.

After all the boys were talking about the show, I would have really liked to have gone myself. Not ever meeting anyone either, I would have been doing the same thing as you, just trying to figure out who our boys were. Frankie.

Likewise! I have met Gaz before but didn't spot him in the sea of people. Glad you all enjoyed the show, I was left a bit underwhelmed by it all to be honest.

As a Suggestion what we tend to try and do for the events is some name badges like we did for silverstone 2012 and then Westcountry Cruise that way we have a name and forum name as well email me at duncan@Zroadster.org and gary of I can produce them then we just have to sort how we get them to you without costing us any money say send a group to one address or something. BAdmand should still have his from Silverstone.
