Would like to see it in the flesh. I do wonder how the passenger headrest looks now as no photos of that within the 30... And unless they are changing tyres, Continentals fitted all round according to description? yet the photos certainly showing a mix.
It's such a shame as it was once a cracking car. Sadly now n in the near future, it will simply be cracking.

Obviously you have doubts so just walk away. Even if you got it for a good price you wouldn’t be happy till everything was done.....

Has anybody progressed this any further? I might go and have a look and ask all the difficult questions ;)

I just re-read the original eBay posting and it looks like it was sold on/off eBay as the seller now is a garage in Bingley, Yorkshire!

I was under the bonnet of my Dakar yesterday was curious about the bonnet catch condition compared to the ones highlighted above ( as I couldn't think what they looked light) but mine are shiny silver relief :D

They'll be hoping for a quick sale, having that car languishing in the showroom, or worse, outside for a few months will quickly bring back what lies just under the surface.

Have to agree Paul it's such a shame it's got as bad as I'm sure you would have at least went to look at it as minus the corrosion that's your zed .
Stephen.

I would have loved that car, perfect spec for me, but I know that particular car needs the same amount spent again on it to make it right.

There's another low mileage black 3.0 on Autotrader, good spec but again, a shed load of advisories on mot. The good cars are really becoming hard to find - on the upside, can only be positive for value moving forwards.
