Latest saga.
New idle valve & Gasket fitted.
Also found a iffy Disa valve gasket tiny splits in it so will have to order one of those.

Using the battery isolator and a bit more use at present helping out .

Little update.
After 1 year of flat batteries 3 new batterys heartache and let downs a drain that could not be found.
Until @smiffy came to my rescue and tracked down a huge drain it's early days but signs are good according to his metor drain equipment so fingers crossed we think he has cracked it.
Also have had the rear shock mounts fitted I bought.

That's great news Tracy, I'm really chuffed that you eventually got to the bottom of the problem so you will be keeping your Z. Brilliant that Kev could do that and shows what a great forum Gaz started here.

Almost owned 1 year next month.

Jobs done in 1 year.
Seat bushes done drivers seat.
Both front Lollipop bushes done.
Near side out lower bottom ball joint.
New Battery again .Battery drain now sorted. 3 battery's later
2 new front tyres.
Third brake light and seal renewed now working.
New rear shocks.
Air breather valve
Service
Spark plugs 4 tip
New Cat & Exhaust
New bonnet badge
Seat belt clip fixer
Rear shock mounts
Idle valve and gasket

Jobs left this year.
Rear diff poly bush to be fitted if a kind person can do it for me.:p:D
MOT done and a pass

Updated work
Rear discs & Pads
Diff poly bush
Front drop links
Gearbox oil
Fuel filter
Aux drive belt.

Now a clean bill of health mechanically. Perfect at last. :party:

Lastest work 2017
MOT August passed
New front brake caliper. September.
