Looking good Matt . Don't forget to show us all the pictures mate.:)

Tony.

Thank you.

Next job is get it home and mot'd. I need a battery clamp as I have one messing and for what ever reason my 3rd brake light is not working.

Then onto anything else that requires looking at, would like in time to move onto the interior but I'm sure there's more important things to attend to do 1st as I can't imagine that will be cheap

Yes very happy. I knew who I was dealing with etc so I knew his work was like artwork but you never know, at one point it just seemed to need more and more parts but the result was well worth the thought of regrett at times. Just another 6 months now to the nicer weather hahaha

Isn't it just hahaha, however it's also been done to be used and enjoyed with off course trying to care of it. More likely to get knocked or scratched whilst in my garage

Looks great. Like the oem look, especially reverting to standard bonnet "vents".

That said, whilst I like the "tango" look on my green car, think the silver car likely looks better with clear indicators. Just my opinion of course.:)

Mot'd and back home. I was lucky with the weather and I drove the car proberly back from the mot station the long way home ;). Looking forward to the weekend when I can get to have a good look around but it was great. Put my 1st tank of fuel in since I have owned it =)) roof down it was a joy to drive and exactly what I had hoped for. Very surprised how well it goes, not that I was going crazy but very enjoyable down the lanes. Now away till the weekend but very pleased how this car has come together, I would like to move onto the interior, but also use it to make sure mechanically all OK but seems good.

It looks great Matt, enjoy it a bit now, plenty of time to tinker in the dark months ahead.:(

Tony.

Been using the z all weekend and have absolutely enjoyed it.. Got to go out get some decent pictures.

I think I would like to lower it slightly but not wanting a to harsh ride so gonna try some eibach springs as I have new bilstein shocks already fitted. View attachment 91652 View attachment 91653

It will look nice when lowered a bit Matt, just like @Bozzy 's car does.

Tony.

So I am finding my way round the z3. I knew and still am learning as I really haven't a clue with bmw s until recently..
The engine I know it has had the manifold change which I'm still notsure what's that's all about apart from everyone referring to as m50 somethink lol

Also can anyone tell me what the black circular part is with green ties on. Bottom left side of engine near slam panel Its not right and I want to sort it but not sure what part this? I can't seem to find any images online of it

Thanks matt
