How bad are your front wings, can they not be repaired? Agree with sill replacement.:thumbsup:

Noticed that you have a dash cam next to the rear view mirror. I have iust ordered one (VIOFO A119S) and intend to fit it in the same location. Do you know where the power is connected? And where i the wiring routed? I want to have switched 12V so the lighter is not suitable for me. Several recommend the X400 connector hidden in the centre console (by the hand brake) but I am unable to locate this connector on my car.

So ménage to dig the car out the garriage and get the battery charged so that I could move it and replace with a new one and oil and filter changed.
I cleaned the interior for the 1st time since owning the car near on a year, however never driven or used :whistle::whistle::whistle::whistle::facepalm: . Looking to some dye and leather cleaner for the seats for this year but would like in time to look into getting the interior re done perhaps in a different colour.

Also I have got a pair of brand new sills and wings from BMW and car is now booked in for full paint. Some pics

I've never been into bmw's before now Although helped my brother buy his m3 back 2010 from the main dealer other then that not got to know who to talk to specialist wise. I've always been into and owned fords be it a toy or daily. Turns out a friend of friend Mrs works for main a stealer so got them With a very friendly discount applied. You got a good price to thou, I don't want to name names etc but they were 93.75 plus vat each for the wings.

Thanks but the camera was from the previous owner.

Hi gent called Nigel. Was the main paint sprayer for company that were based in Kent called legends. However the md took the cash and done a runner shutting the firm down. Just waiting to get the car in anytime now.
